Everything ready to open the 11th version of Espacio Food & Service

Between September 26 and 28, the Espacio Riesco Convention Center will be the epicenter for bringing together the main exponents of the food world, an event that will bring together more than 25,000 professionals, 15 participating countries, with Brazil as the main guest and the Coquimbo region as the guest of honor.

The activity, which will bring the latest in technology for the industry, services, products, gastronomic equipment and new food trends, has already launched its program of activities, which details who will be the speakers of the various lectures and seminars, as well as the activations in the various live scenarios, interactive and demonstrative kitchens, gastronomic competitions, pastry and bakery tournament, tastings for professionals and discussions associated with sustainable growth.

For the second time, Corfo's Transforma Alimentos program will have an outstanding participation, presenting different enterprises that, according to Corfo's vision, have the possibility of scaling up.

Other activities will include the second Plant Based Congress, the Fegach awards ceremony and the presentation of new members of Le Toques Blanches.

The fair will have during the 3 days a full program of talks on Tea, Pisco, Olive Oil, Cheese, Sparkling Wines, Beers, Wine, Mezcal and Chocolates.

As for the Master Bar, this will be a space where cocktail professionals will share with fans the experience of new products brought and marketed in Chile by the various companies, making live demonstrations with unique preparations.

The same will happen with the Pizzaiolo Tournament, an initiative that summons all the cooks specialized in this culinary preparation created in Italy, who will compete in a grand finale in Espacio Food & Service 2023. Here a select specialized jury, made up of specialists and owners of bakeries and pizzerias will evaluate the preparations in competition and select the winners, based on criteria such as skill, dough, flavor, crunchiness, distribution of ingredients, baking, color, temperature and aroma, raw materials and cleanliness throughout the preparation process.

For those who are related to the food industry, they can obtain an invitation with some of its suppliers, to whom a significant amount has been designated. For those who are not related can obtain it on the web at a preferential value for the 3 days of the fair.
