Espacio Food & Service together with Organic Agriculture | Healthy Food "AOA Chile" are carrying out in an unprecedented way, within the framework of the fair, the pavilion "Organic Taste of Chile and the World", an innovative space that aims to highlight and promote organic gastronomy, both national and international, reinforcing the commitment to quality, sustainability and health in the food industry.

The "Organic Taste of Chile and the World" pavilion offers a wide range of organic products from Chile and various parts of the world. Beyond the exhibition of products, the space will also feature dynamic activities such as talks, business rounds and tastings, where experts in the field will share information on the benefits of organic food and the latest trends in organic cuisine.

This strategic collaboration between Espacio Food & Service and AOA Chile seeks to create a meeting point for buyers, producers, consumers, chefs, supermarkets (both physical and online) and professionals of the gastronomic sector interested in organic food and the development of more environmentally friendly practices.

"The pavilion is a platform to strengthen the organic industry in Chile and promote more conscious and healthy eating," says its founder, Rodrigo Rojas, of AOA Chile.

According to data from various sources, including the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (FiBL) and the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM), the global organic market has shown significant annual growth rates, with figures exceeding US$100 billion.

In the specific case of Chile, the organic market has followed a similar trend, with sustained growth in recent years. According to data from AOA Chile itself, the Chilean organic market has experienced an increase in both production and consumption of organic products.
